Impact Hub Armenia Social Innovation Development Foundation (aka Impact Hub) is a non-profit organization registered and based in Armenia. Impact Hub Syunik is a social innovation space and community with a mission to support social impact projects and enterprises which propel the positive development of the Syunik region.
Since opening its doors in February 2016, Impact Hub has designed and implemented 30+ programs, hosted over 450 educational workshops and events, and has hosted over 1000 members with different projects/organizations representing every sector in Armenia. Impact Hub has proven to be one of the most successful social enterprises in Armenia.
In May 2022 we established Impact Hub Syunik to provide support, and strengthen entrepreneurial opportunities in Syunik, by re-skilling vulnerable and displaced people, and by addressing their needs. Impact Hub Syunik has become a connecting center for any individual, organization, or business from Syunik working to drive positive change in the community to strengthen the capacities of the people of Syunik.
We want to make a positive impact, to help pave the way to a better future. We want to make opportunities available to everyone, by creating an ecosystem that encourages collaboration. We value diversity in perspectives, knowledge and experience because we understand that the best way to solve complex challenges is by creating multi-faceted and innovative solutions. We inspire, connect and enable entrepreneurs and individuals to take on Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Impact Hub Syunik is a catalyst to foster social innovation. We are a global community, consultancy and creative space. We work at the intersection of innovation and society to collaboratively create impact with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Impact Hub Syunik has three main components:
First and foremost we are a community of motivated and entrepreneurial people with the shared goal of making a positive change in the world through their projects and ventures. Members of this community support one another to develop their social impact projects bringing about progress in Syunik and beyond.
Secondly, we are a social innovation incubator. We support our members by providing them with inspiration, education, networking opportunities and resources through events, innovation labs, workshops, programs, facilitated conversations, and more. We do what we can to push projects through the stages of ideas to implementation to impact.
Finally, Impact Hub Syunik is a physical space that meets all the needs of our community of change-makers and innovators to work, meet, learn and connect.
Put these three components together and add to it a global network of Impact Hubs worldwide, and you have a place where initiatives for positive impact are born.
Our mission is to create an environment for collaboration, growth and support to help push our community of change-makers to build their ideas into innovative, profitable and impactful projects and enterprises.
Impact Hub Syunik provides its entrepreneurs and innovators with networking opportunities, resources, educational programs and events all within an inspiring space. Impact Hub Syunik is also part of a global movement of 100+ Impact Hubs in 65+ countries around the world. Any individual, organization or business working to drive positive change is invited to join the community.
